  • 150ml whipped Cream 
  • 1/4 Cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Powder 
  • 1/2 Cup Mango (Diced)
  • 1/3 Cup Green Grapes
  • 1/2 Cup Kiwi(Diced)
  • 1/4 Cup Plum(Diced)
  • Almond, cashews,Cherries(optional)


First of all we will take a bowl and add 150 ml of whipped cream, then we will take 1/4 cup of curd and add 1 tsp of vanilla essence After that we will add sugar powder, sugar powder is available in the market, do it or you can make it yourself at home.

Now we will mix everything with well and mix for at least 4 to 5 minutes till it comes in creamy form.

Now we will add 1/2 cup mango (diced), after that we will add 1/3 cup green grapes,  1/2 cup kiwi (diced) add and add 1/4 cup plum (diced).

And then we will mix again with well and after mixing we will take a glass and put it After putting it in the glass, we can add almond, cherries and any fruit according to your own to decorate it from above.
