Wrappers are available in the market for spring rolls. If wrappers are not available here, you can make fresh wrappers immediately and make veg spring rolls.

Ingredients:-

  • White flour-100 grams
  • Cabbage - 200 grams (one cup finely chopped)
  • Paneer - 100 grams (crumbled half cup)
  • Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch long piece (grated)
  • Black pepper - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Red chili - less than a quarter teaspoon (if you like spicy food)
  • Ajino moto - less than a quarter teaspoon
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt - as per taste (one fourth teaspoon)
  • Oil - for frying spring rolls.

How to Make Veg Roll:-

Sieve the white flour in a vessel, make a thin smooth solution with the help of water (it takes less than a cup of water to make a cup of white flour). Cover the solution for 1 hour so that the white flour rises well. If we make a wrapper immediately from this solution, then the wrapper can burst while stuffing.

Now let's prepare the ingredients for filling in the Vegetable Spring Rolls:
Put 1 table spoon oil in the pan and heat it. Add green chili, ginger, chopped cabbage and paneer, fry for 1 minute, add black pepper, red chili, Ajino moto, Soya sauce and salt and mix well. Ingredients is ready for filling in rolls.

Make Wrappers for Spring Veg Rolls:-

Keep heating the nonstick griddle, pour some oil on the hot griddle and spread the oil on the pan with a light hand. The pan should not be too hot. Put a tablespoon of the batter on the griddle and spread it on the griddle, using a spoon, with a little pressure. Allow it to roast on a low flame, when the color changes from the top surface of the wrapper and the pan starts coming out from the side, then lift the wrapper and place it on the oil plate.

To Fry the Veg Rolls:-

Heat a table spoon oil in the pan and put 2 spring rolls in the pan and fry them all over, fry till they turn light brown, take them out in a plate, fried, roll as many spring rolls as you like Fry it.

To Deep Fry Veg Roll: -

Put oil in a pan and heat it. Put 2 spring rolls or as many rolls as can be easily fried in hot oil, flip the spring rolls and fry them till they turn brown. Spread the napkin paper in the plate, take out the veg roll from the pan and keep it on it, fry all the veg spring rolls in this manner.

Vegetable spring rolls are ready. Serve and eat hot vegetable spring rolls with green coriander sauce, tomato sauce or any sauce you like.
