 Ingredients for Palak Paneer                                                                                                                 Serve(🍽)1-2       

  • Beef trotters ( approx 2 kg )
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 black cardamom
  • 10-12 cloves

     For gravy:

    • 3 golden fried onion
    • 1 onion paste
    • 2 tbsp refined flour
    • 1 tbsp heaped garlic 
    • 1 tbsp heaped ginger paste
    • 1/3 cup yogurt ( 80 g ) ( optional )
    • 1 tbsp heaped red chili powder
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tbsp heaped coriander powder
    • 1 tbsp kashmiri chili powder ( optional )
    • 1 tsp fennel powfer ( sauf )
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 2 tsp cumin powder 
    • coriander leaves
    • green chilies
    • julian ginger
    • 1 cup oil ( 250 -300 ml )

    Preparation of beef Paya


    To begin making Beef Paya Recipe, first of all we will take beef meat and beef legs approx 2 kg, After that we will clean it properly using hot water.
    If it is completely cleaned from the heat, then we will take a pressure cooker and mold the paya,  Add 1 liter of water to it, as well as add 2 tsp of salt, as well as add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, 2,3 bay leaves Put 1 black cardamom, 2 inch cinnamon stick, 10,12 cloves all along with the paya and mix them all well.


    Put a whistle on high flame and make it medium and cook it in a cooker on medium flame for 50 to 52 minutes.

    Now we will take out the paya in a separate plate and keep its gravy so that we can do the same later.


    Now we will heat a pan, heat 1 cup of oil, when the oil becomes hot, then add the ground onion Now we will fry it for 3,4 minutes till it becomes golden color.
    Now we will add ginger and garlic paste and fry it for 1 minutes.

    Now we will put whatever powdered masala is there, with this we will add 1/2 cup of water. Now fry the masala for 3,4 minutes.


    Now we will put the golden fry onions, now we will put the water that came out of the pie. Now add yogurt 80g at the same time.

    After frying all the spices with heat, then add the paya and cook it with well for 10 minutes, now we will add a little more water.
    Now after adding water, cover and cook for 10 minutes, Now if the paya is cooked a little, then after that add 2 tbsp refined flour with water to make a solution.


    Now we will cook again for 30 minutes. When it is cooked for 30 minutes, the paya will release the oil, Now we will add Coriander Leaves and Slice Ginger to garnish on top.

    Now we will serve in a hot plate and garnish the paya again.
