Ingredients for Chicken Kofta Curry

- Mince of chicken = ½ kg
- Brown or white bread crums = one cup
- Onion = Grate two medium sizes and squeeze out all the water
- Curd = a cup
- Garam Masala = one teaspoon
- Red chili powder = 1 tsp
- Green chili = two to three finely chopped
- Green coriander = one teaspoon
- Khashkash = one teaspoon
- Eggs = two
- Roasted gram flour = two tablespoons
- Corn floor = two tablespoons
- Salt = as per taste
For gravy
- Fry onions = crush four medium sizes
- Curd = 250 grams
- Coriander powder = two teaspoons
- Ginger garlic paste = two teaspoons
- Red chili powder = 1 tsp
- Salt = as per taste
- Turmeric powder = half a teaspoon
- Garam masala powder = half a teaspoon
- Kewra = few drops
Preparations of Chicken Kofta Curry

To make the chicken kofta curry , first of all put the chicken mince in a bowl. And then onion bread crums, bread crums give a very good texture to the koftas. Chicken mince is very filpy and soft.
If you do not have chicken kofta handle, then you can add more bread crumbs to it. Gram flour, corn floor, finely chopped green chillies, curd, (curd) keeps the kofta soft from inside. Crush coarsely ground, add red chili powder, garam masala and egg to taste as per taste.

Now mix it well and make a kofta with a little oil on your hands, you can make koftas of any size or leave it big. Make all the kofta and keep them in a plate.

Put oil in a pan and keep it for heating; After the oil is slightly warm, add ginger garlic paste to it. Add some water and mix it while stirring in oil. Also add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste and garam masala powder and mix well and stir for one to two minutes.
Keep the gas sharp and after two minutes add curd to it, adding curd makes your gravy good and good. Stir the curd by mixing it in the spices, now add frying onions and fry the masala well for three to five minute

When the oil in the spices comes up, add the koftas one by one, after adding the koftas, you do not have to stir with a spoon.
Now slow down the gas, you will not stir it at all with a spoon. Rather, hold the pan on the side and shake it lightly.

Let the kofta that will release water be happy, do not mix the koftas mixed together. If your koftas do not come at once, then add them after a while.
Because the chicken kofta does not take long to cook, let the kofta leave the water dry. And make the gas slightly high, when the oil comes over the kofta, add water to it.

Add water according to the gravy that you like, stir the water by mixing it well in the spices.

Now our koftas are set well so you can comfortably spoon it. Stir it once and mix the water well in the spices. Cover the lid and let it cook for ten minutes.
We have not used much spices in it. That is why they are not very spicy, they are very light.
After opening the time, add green coriander and two to three whole green chilies and keep it covered for 1 minute. Turn off the gas after one minute and add kevda in it.
