- Chicken: 400 grams
- Chicken breast: 100 grams
- Brockley: 250 grams
- Mint: 25 grams
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 60 grams
- Salt: as per taste
- Ground black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil: a spoon
- Tomato Sauce
- Tomato Juice: 60 ml
- Salt: as per taste
- Sugar: As per need
- Lemon juice: half a lemon
Preparation of Poached Chicken Roll

Chicken Masala: Make a paste of sun-dried tomatoes and keep them separately. Kill the chicken breast with the back of the knife.
